Ruangkelas is Ruangguru’s LMS (Learning Management System) for K-12 educators. As a response to the pandemic-driven distance learning, the trajectory of Ruangkelas faced uncertainty with its withdrawal by the government. This research explore Ruangkelas' post-pandemic future while also establish its user segmentation.

Ruangles Online (RLO), a chat-based learning platform, is one of the least used products of Ruangguru, in contrast to Roboguru, Ruangguru’s social learning platform. This research is the first exploration of revamping RLO as a premium offering of Roboguru. The product has since been launched as Roboguru Plus.
